Delivery and payment
We print in Poland and ship by courier to every country in the European Union. Below you will find the available delivery and payment methods and our shipping prices. The exact delivery cost is calculated in the basket once you enter your address.

How we calculate the delivery cost
The delivery cost depends on the country, the packaging and the type of shipment – not on the number of designs you order. We have divided the European Union into three price groups; you will find the rate for your country in the table below.
Most orders are shipped in mailing bags or boxes. Larger orders travel on rolls, which have their own rates. Faux leather is always shipped on a roll, whatever the length ordered.
You will see the exact delivery cost in the basket once you enter your address. All prices in the table are gross prices.

When do we ship your order on a roll?
Most orders are shipped in mailing bags or boxes. For larger quantities the fabric stays on the roll – we then send it as a parcel up to 185 cm long, at the rate in the “Roll” column.
You don’t need to calculate anything. The shop picks the right shipping method automatically and shows the delivery cost in the basket.
Faux leather is the exception. We always ship it on a roll, because folding could leave permanent creases. It has its own rate in the “Faux leather” column. One roll holds at most 29 metres – larger orders are split across several rolls.

Countries quoted individually
For some countries and regions, transport is much more expensive and depends on the specific shipment. That is why we quote it individually instead of charging one inflated flat rate.
This applies to Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Cyprus and Malta, as well as the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira and Corsica. We also quote individually for Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, where customs formalities apply.
How it works
Add the products you want to the basket and place your order as usual. At checkout, once you choose the destination country, the “Individual quote” option will appear. You pay nothing at this stage.
We will find the best-value shipping option for you and, within one working day, send you a pro forma invoice with the full order amount, including delivery.
The decision is yours. If you accept the quote, you pay for the order by bank transfer. If the delivery cost turns out to be too high, you can cancel at no charge.
5.
Production and delivery time
Printing most orders takes 3–5 working days. Polyester fabrics, such as softshell and waterproof fabric, need a little longer – 5–8 working days.
Once dispatched, transit usually takes 1–2 working days within Poland and 2–5 working days to other European Union countries. You will find the approximate delivery time for each country in the price table.
On the day of dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking number.
6.
Do we offer free delivery?
We don’t have a fixed free-delivery threshold, but we have made sure shipping costs as little as possible. Thanks to rates negotiated with our carriers, we offer attractive delivery prices both in Poland and abroad.
We ship the fabric sample set free of charge – whenever it is the only item in your basket. If you add other products, standard delivery costs apply.

7.
Payment
You can pay with BLIK, via Przelewy24, by Visa or Mastercard, as well as with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Customers outside Poland can also use Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Multibanco and MobilePay – availability depends on the country.

For deliveries quoted individually, payment is made by bank transfer, only after you accept the pro forma invoice.
